Description
Description:

In this talk, Dr. Hedayat will apply a global systems approach to the question of personalized medicine. The question will be raised and answered, “At what level do we personalize: the genome, the phenome, or the whole person?” The notion of terrain according to the theory of endobiogeny and its approach to personalizing medicine at the level of the whole person will be discussed. The talk will apply the theory of Endobiogeny to a case of autoimmune thyroiditis, presenting physical examination findings and applications of medicinal plants to the case using a global systems personalized approach.
